John Buttaro is the company's principal. He has been a carpenter for more than 38 years. Twenty-six of those years John has been a self-employed builder, framing contractor, and finish carpenter with a woodworking shop. Prior to starting this business, John went to Western New England College and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He then received a teaching degree in Vocational Education, and for five years designed and taught a high school progressive vocational education program.​
